The charming Maine summer home of the late billionaire philanthropist David Rockefeller is on the market for $19 million, with all proceeds slated to go to charity.
The beautiful Seal Harbor estate is called Ringing Point, as it comes complete with seven bedrooms and sits on 14.5 acres of woodlands.
The main house, which is 5,034 square feet, features large en-suit bedrooms on the second and third floors. The master suite is on the first floor of the picturesque home that also has five full bathrooms.
The entire estate was designed thoughtfully by the billionaire's wife, Peggy Rockefeller, in 1972.

According to listing agent Knowles Company, David wrote his memoirs in the round study.
The large property also features wide grassy trails, a granite walking path with a railing along the cliff, a two-car garage and grass paths that lead to a serene granite swimming pool.
In addition, there is also a spot to meditate inside of the forest as well as a beautiful circular Rose Garden.
Ringing Point was named for the bell buoy, which was located just offshore and was built upon the foundation of Dan Cottage, which the Rockefellers tore down.

David's will gave his children first claim on the Seal Harbor estate, but several of them already own homes nearby, according to The Portland Press Herald.
Money from the sale of the estate will be used to help fulfill bequests in his will.
He left $20 million to the Land and Garden Preserve of Mount Desert Island in Seal Harbor and $5 million to the Maine Coast Heritage Trust.
'We are incredibly grateful to him and the family,' Tim Glidden, president of the Maine Coast Heritage Trust, which was co-founded by Peggy Rockefeller, told the Press Herald.
