  • The property is the top five floors of The Crown Building  across the street from Trump Tower
  • Floor plans for the penthouse feature a piano lounge and gallery, game room, two kitchens, a wraparound terrace and two swimming pools — one indoor and one outdoor — along with a steam room
  • The building is on Billionaire's Row in Manhattan situated on 57th Street between Fifth & Sixth Avenues

New York City real estate is heading to new heights, but not in terms of the number of storys in a building but rather the price tag.
Manhattan's most expensive condo is on the market for $180 million - almost double the city's current most expensive property - a $100.5 million home bought by billionaire Michael Dell at luxury condo One57 in 2014.
This latest offering is a five story penthouse of The Crown building right across the street from Trump Tower.
If it sells, it will be the priciest condo sale the city has ever had and somebody's second home.

'The buyer is a European investor who owns multiple homes around the world,' a source told the New York Post
The home will dwarf Trump's 10,996 square foot triplex, however it will be on a lower floor.
Nonetheless, the 14,000 square foot penthouse comes with a private pool on the top floor and a dedicated elevator from the lobby running straight to the penthouse.

At $14,358 per foot, the price would also set a new record on a per foot basis, even when held up against the city’s most ambitious luxury developments.
Russian billionaire Vladislav Doronin, Naomi Campbell's former boyfriend, and developer Michael Shvo are also at work creating 26 units that start on the fourth floor of the building, which will also feature a lavish 83-room Aman hotel.
The hotel part of the building will feature 83 rooms, a spa, an Aman member’s club, a jazz club, a cigar bar and various restaurants.
